One-peice Door Glass
 

I am trying to figure out how to make/install one-peice door glass (eliminate vent wing) in my '70.

The problem is that it would appear that the glass would have to come straight down, rather than the small angle that the factory glass does, in order to fit inside the door. The little notch in the back of the door body prevents this.

Any ideas?

Buy the kit from Brothers and be done with it.
