Thanks for the lead. Went to the Rod Run in Pigeon Forge, TN today, only saw 4 blazers there. Only two were for sale and they were asking a kings ransom.

What it doesn't have a title :eek: just a bill of sale :eek: . Can some one get a title with just a bill of sale ?

In WV yes you can get a title with just a Bill of Sale notarized of course and some kind of letter of origin from the PO. With trucks your putting together from parts just need a BOS for the major parts like frame, cab. Someone from the Sheriff office has to eyeball the #'s and run them for stolen.
