Cab install and mounts

Have a 73 4door and have two questions.
Does the cab sit level on the frame,ie if you put a level on the top of the rocker in the door opening should it be level? (frame is sitting on a level floor)

What is the only part that is different on a floor shift tilt column?

Any help would be awesome.:chevy:
