Help with No Limit front sway bar?

Ok I need some help with this No Limit front sway bar install. I have a 69 C10 with 3" drop springs, stock steering and A arms up front right now.
Trying to install the sway bar but have ran into an issue of not being able to connect the end links from the bar to the lower A arm. The end link rod set up hits the tie rod sleeve?! I think I measured correctly via instructions. 12" and 15" from the crossmember (kinda goofy to measure cause the frame has a bend in it). Any help with pics of yours installed and or advice.. It seems as if the sway bar mounting deals need to be moved forward on the frame more but then that put them on the bend and won't allow them to be seated flush on the frame? Also they are just mocked up right now and not tighter/bolted down all the way... |

I am no expert but I think the sway bar should mount under the steering linkage.

Update: I ended up getting it in.. The measurements of 12" and 15" holes on the frame rails in the directions were not quite good enough for me, had to move the holes about 1/2-1" towards the firewall more.
In a nut shell its easier to drill out the holes in the A arms, attach the links to the arms and then sway bar, clearance what you need then set the sway bar bushings up and drill the holes then. Test drive time. This bar the bar goes above the tie rods. Stock goes under. |

Spoke too soon, bent the damn sway bar end link threaded rod on a little test drive..
I hate hiemed sway bar end links, always have had trouble with them.. |

hello ranger2339. i'm no expert, but there is bracket that attaches itself to frame. once this bracket is attached to the frame, you will mount the sway bar to it. by your pictures, you are missing the bracket. this can cause installation and performance problems if this bracket is omitted. here are pics. they have (2) types of brackets. one is for extremely, lowered vehicles. one is for normal ride height vehicles. these pic are from an advertisement. good luck. clark.

Talked to Rob and he got me pointed in the right direction.. I think my issue is that I need to shorted the threaded rod bit to make my bar more parallel when the truck it loaded.
