He's referring to the fact that to place a FOR SALE ad, a WANT TO BUY ad or a WHAT'S IT WORTH ad you must be a subscribing board member. At the top of the forum message page read the "stickie" which will give you the needed information. A $25 yearly membership to buy or sell will be a VERY good investment in your truck.
