1320 chmsl supply voltage

Hey, getting back into my project, from a long long time in storage, and I have this wire hanging under the dash, it says stop lamp supply voltage, is it to be hooked to ignition power, or just power when the stop lamps are on.

That's the 'Center High Mounted Stop Lamp' it's only powered when the brake lights are on.
