Master Cylinder question

Looking for a new master cylinder for my 66 GMC since its original one is froze up. My question is...Is there a difference in a manual brake master cylinder and a power brake master cylinder? I pulled the old one off but it seems to be hard to get one for it. Any help would be appreciated.

Should be the same. Have the P/B setup on my 64 and the single cup master cylinder looks the same.

As far as I know, they should be the same. It shouldn't be hard to obtain a new or rebuilt stock master cylinder.
