Heator in and out flow?
 
I was rehooking up my heator and i don't know if i have the hoses hooked up right. Can someone tell me how i know which one is the in flow and the othwr is out? I already have them on and it's over heating. Its a 1968 6 cylinder 250.

overheating?? wont matter where or how the hoses are hooked up to correct that problem

Don't think it matters a whole lot, but the "correct" way is:

Water pump to upper core

Intake manifold to lower core

EDIT: just noticed you have a 6cyl. I posted for 350.
