What do I need to look before buy it the welder is a miller 135xp

If its a good deal go for it its a good 220v welder for up to 1/8 inch , the hard part is to tell how many hours the machine has on it ,if its just a home owner that has it in his garage ,Id say go for it. but if its on a farm or in a shop then it might have been used a real lot.
