Can not manually shift into low gear
 

I installed my steering column a couple weeks ago and just noticed that I cannot manually shift down into low gear. It seems like something is stopping the shifter. Is it possible that my steering will is twisted? I am not even sure if you can adjust this. But it seem,s like something is stopping my shifter before it can shift into low gear. It almost seems like this was find until I tightened the clamps on the engine side of the fire wall.

Thoughts?

Oohh so that bolt on the side of my shifting linkage is for adjustment. Looked at it last night with a typical process of illumination and bam. Fixed
