rear disc brake conversion

i was told 94-96 chevy caprice and 94-96 impala ss rear disc brake calipers and rotors and rotor brackets are a direct bolt on for 71 up chevy truck 5 lug rear axle assembly

I know people have used the calipers and rotors but I'm not sure about the brackets.
