WTB Short Brackets Frame to Fender

Looking for a set of the brackets (see both pics below) that go from the frame to the front of the rear fender (step-side). They are short and bent at both ends, one end is threaded and one end has a hole in it.

Those are step braces and not fender braces( You know that, sry) I know the fender braces are produced but not these. Maybe you could make some from the repro fender braces??
