1985 cabriolet custom conversion dually

Have a friend that is trying to get rid of a 1985 dally that is a custom conversion. I have found videos of the truck and I was wondering how rare the truck is and would it be worth getting. The truck is a tall cab four door I think with Alcoa wheels and a 454. In very good shape.

A lot of companies built stuff like that out of these trucks when they was new,Are they rare yeah are they worth extra hard to say some love them some don't.
