Turns out its a factory option setup for late 60's Pontiac with a 230 or 250 OHC inline 6. Was called "sprint" option. I am going to attempt to use it on my C10 250cid.

it wont fit chevy 250,s if you want a good 250-292 manifold get a 2 1/2" outlet 292 manifold. I just happen to have a n.o.s. one
