http://www.vinwiz.com/1972-1980gmtru...=TCE675V570611 indicates it's a '75, which means it shouldn't need to be smogged I don't think... unless it's heavy enough that it needs it? I don't know the laws for big trucks. The decoder also says 427, so who knows what's been done to it over the years.
