Lowering my 86 C10

So in the next few weeks im going to lower my 86 C10 shorty, and had some questions about the front. Im debating between the 3"coils and drop spindles, or drop spindles and DJM arms. What are the pros and cons of each method?

Do spindles and coils. The factory control arms end up hanging pretty low, and dropped arms will exacerbate that.

I have 3" spindles, and 1 coil and a half cut off 1-ton springs. The control arms hang lower than the 15" rims.

Stay away from the djm arms or djm parts all together....also i wouldnt do 3" springs i would do 2.5" with 2.5" spindles also go with belltech or western chassis parts
