Stepside Backup lights

Has anyone with a stepside, or anyone else for that matter, either experimented with back up lights or considered it?

I am replacing (?) my round tail lights on my build with some horiz. mounted Oval tail lights (think of something similar to a motorcycle style light). I am trying to decide if I want to include back up lights---well, I know I want to, but the original backups are 3" dia. and the bracket is about twice the size as the tail light bracket. I could have changed brackets (if Id had the forethought to do it before paint), but with everything painted my only option would be to modify the original bracket somehow----But first I need to find some kind of suitable light fixture.
The other option is to just not run any at all. Id love to see some pics of some interesting options.

My truck did not have back up lights when I bought it, but the wiring was there. I hooked up some bullet type led lights mounted to the frame using existing holes. I will have to move them if I decide to install a rear bumper.

I checked both of the sites I buy a lot of stuff and didn't find the source. They were meant for motorcycles.
