Short answer: No.

For the secondary color on a two tone when White was the secondary color...
1967-68 used 526 Off-White, Ditzler code 8290
1969 used 521 White, Ditzler code 8080
1970-72 used 521 White, Ditzler code 2185

In 1967-69 521 White was Ditzler code 8080
In 1970-72 521 White was Ditzler code 2185

In 1967-68 both 521 white(8080) and 526 Off-White(8290) was available as a single tone body color, but the 526 Off-White was used for the two tones.

Ditzler code 8080 and Ditzler code 2185 are both Bright Whites. The 526 Off-White is more of a Ivory.
Clear as mud?:)
