It is just the outer skin, NO inner support brace & mounting studs. slight fade a little discoloration around where the emblem goes 2 faint dings good driver. You may be able to use the inner mounting brace from my 73-80 jimmy tail panel if you want to get involved

I looked it over really well. it has 2 very very tiny dings that you have to look hard for, slight fade and some very minor scratches. 125 shipped is good you want it

# 3 is just an other skin with no inner mounting insert. Do you also want the other one above it to use for an insert? or are you only interested in just the bare #3 ?
