2000 s10 blazer

Looking at buying a 2000 s10 blazer 4x4. Has 12100 0miles, everything but leather, new tires and clean interior. My question is anything specific to look at, any problems these trucks are known to have, engine issues? thanks in advance for any help.

Intake manifold gaskets, fuel pump, ball joints are the top things I replace on them at work

Cobblemizer pretty much nailed the top three. The 4L60 tranny can be problematic after 100k as well. Otherwise, anything else that might be wrong is indicative of the 16 year old age more than design issues.

Rusted Rear spring hangers, rusty fuel lines
& brake lines and rusted rear brake backing plates....I have replaced all of these on my 2001 Blazer
