Other Chevy Steering Wheels on C10
 

hey guys - does anyone have any experience with fitting other GM steering wheels to C10s? I have a 69.

I have little Grant wheel I'd like to replace but I'm not loving the original wheels our trucks came with. Was considering replacing with a C2 corvette wheel or a wheel from a Camaro or Chevelle around the same time perioud.

I'm sure there's a myriad of washers and bolts that won't jive with my column but thought I'd ask the pros first.

Lots of guys have installed Chevy wheels on their C10. I had a Chevelle wheel no mods on my 68 and an oldsmobile wheel on my 72 when I bought it. Sometimes horn mechanism is tricky, but they always are

Very to cool to hear this and you didnt have much guff from OE. Would love to see a pic of your 68. A chevelle wheel is definitely on my search list and would love to see how it looks installed. Where did you end up finding it?

Ebay is good place, find a damaged one and repair with epoxy putty
search steering wheels here and you'll see pics of different wheels
