Here's mine Jim. 76 K20 Silverado with original "special paint" (this orange not a factory choice in 76) - I'm pretty sure it's just paint code 88, a fleet orange that was available in 76 and also available on light duties in some other years (not sure if it's the same as Chevy Sport paint code (on which you could order orange), but this truck is not a Sport). Original owner went wacky with the 70's pinstriping and added a pseudo Chevy Sport hood paint job (not a very good job of it...) Planning to re-do it someday, the orange, not the pinstripes and hood stripe. If my driver's door wasn't dented pretty heinously, I'd consider keeping this original repaint, but it's got some ugly creases from am minor wreck at some point and the easy thing is going to be to replace the door (since I have one). Anyway, here you go:
