Roll Bar in 67 c10 autocross truck

What kind of roll bar/seat belt bar is this? Where can i find one? This is exactly what i need and have been looking for.

Look like just a rear hoop bar that has been cut down to where the owner wanted it to fit behind the seat for belts only. Thats not to be considered an roll bar.

The hoop bar can be had for $100-$140
