Nice Ebay 3/4ton....ending soon

Here is what appears to be a pretty nice, original 3/4 ton for sale on Ebay (ending soon)
There are some auctions on that site that seem to be more legitimate than others and this one gives me that vibe.
As for the truck....fairly average (or basic) but in nice, original, well documented condition and seems to be sporting its original California black plate pedigree.
The thing I often look for when perusing Ebay is the bidding interest and this one seems to have a lot of guys interested....certainly at this kind of pricing ($6500+).
Anyone looking to get into the market...anything near this kind of price for this kind of condition is the near perfect entry point in my opinion.
Regardless, nice truck...interesting to see what the last hour of bidding brings.

Yes I agree its a nice original well documented truck. I think if it had A/C (especially in the California market) the bids would be much higher. Why the seller didn't get the heater problem fixed before posting surprises me. With the heater being out if someone ( like me ) wanted to buy it and drive it 500/700 or more miles home, without proper defrost and heat it wouldn't be a fun trip. At 6500/7000 it'd be great buy but my gut tells me the seller wants around 10k for the truck.

I agree, this one is the definition of clean. Shows pride of ownership. It doesn't have to be perfect to be clean. Nicely preserved, but not necessarily a show piece. Original wheels, all 6 of them, steering wheel and 5 lock ring wheels, something that is becoming a rarity in this age. Seat is the original factory "623 Gold cloth" ( not really a gold, but more of a dirty off white). This is the way I like to find them too, but locally, with a "For Sale" sign.

I just looked at the auction and there is 1 hour and a bit to go. The bid has stalled at 6999.00 and I get the feeling the last bidder is pushing someone to hit 7000.00 as he/she probably thinks that is the reserve or is shill bidding for the seller.

Well, I don't know what this truck got bid up to before it didn't sell, but at least now we know what the reserve was - seller just relisted if for $13,500(!)
