looking for help IRL fixing blown head gasket in Austin, TX

Is anyone on here in the Austin area, and interested in helping me fix a blown head gasket or cracked head on my '84 6.2 L diesel? I can pay you, I just can't afford Shop prices and anyways I want to learn myself.
