Heater/AC Control bulb replacement question.

To replace the the heater/AC control unit bulb, can I get to it from behind or do I have to pull the unit out of the dash? If I do pull it out, will anything come unplugged or out of adjustment?

I'm pretty sure it's just a 1/4-turn socket on the left hand side of the controls.

EDIT: Opposite side from the fan switch.
