Front Bumper Question

Are there any differences between front bumpers on the c and K series trucks? I am looking for an original bumper and bumper brackets from a salvage yard to restore for my 87 C10. My local yard has one but it is on a 85 K20. Will this setup fit on my truck? And what would be a good price for these parts?

As far as i know they are the same.

The bumpers are the same between an '87 C and an '85 K.

If the air dam is attached they come in three flavors:

2wd - (short) no tow hooks
4wd - (long) without tow hooks
4wd - (long) with cutouts for tow hooks

You can install the long air dam on a 2wd; it will just be closer to the ground.

73-80 Frt bumpers more rounder

81-90 Frt bumpers more angler

As long as you work with the same as you have you will be ok

By the way: I actually installed those bumpers on the assembly line - for one day.
