Whats that 396 need? Bored and such I assume? Or do you have pics?

ChevyGrl19 09-25-2003 09:07 PM

It is not bored that I know of. Its out of a Junkyard. Its just a bare block, nothing else.

Destructo 09-25-2003 09:24 PM

I probably shouldn't get myself into anything, just thought of a big block in my truck crossed my mind lol! It would probably be a bad idea for my tranny though. 700r4 probably wouldn't stand up to it very long. I guess for 50 bucks it hasn't been checked for cracks or anything.

ChevyGrl19 09-25-2003 09:33 PM

no, it hasnt been checked, i looked it over really good and the last owner said its fine

Destructo 09-25-2003 09:34 PM

I probably shouldn't get into it. I'll just stick with my SBs thanks for letting me know anyway!

ChevyGrl19 09-25-2003 09:36 PM

fine keep letting them rats blow your doors off :burnout:

Destructo 09-25-2003 09:39 PM

lol, c'mon this is a big heavy 4x4, I don't need to race anybody lol. I don't have the cash to build the motor or do a big block swap right now anyway. If I did and was going to i'd come get that thing.

C&C Chevy 09-25-2003 10:05 PM

What the part # for the Holley Pro-jection? Thanks.

ChevyGrl19 09-25-2003 10:13 PM

34R 11109B off the part and 502-1 off the side of the box.

apstguy 09-25-2003 11:08 PM

Destructo, are you going to take that from a 19 year old girl? i know i would! :D

Destructo 11-15-2003 12:02 PM

You telling me shes 19 and has all that stuff? Not bad, I have never even seen a girl my age that gave a damn about chevys lol. I want that lift kit, but can't spend the 300 bucks for it right now, gotta finish paying for my truck first ;)

1FaastC10 11-15-2003 02:34 PM

she's from WV too! every Chevy girl i've ever met in WV has been hot. and i have met quite a few, as i have family that lives there. :D

Destructo 11-15-2003 04:34 PM

Hmmmm, perhaps I NEED to go pickup that lift rather than have it shipped ;)

Maybe you should have her post a pic before you drive all that way. Shipping could be a better choice. J/K ChevyGrl19 :D
