Polished bed rail caps

I'm am building my crew cab and can't seem to find any bed rail caps with the stake pocket holes in them. Anyone out there find them before? If worst comes to worst I could order the ones from lmc and cut holes for the pockets but if anyone out there knows where I could get them I would really appreciate it thanks.
