Truck at work

Got the picture thing fixed. Thought I'd finally post a pic of the old girl working. My sidekick, Nellie, is the one next to the door

Re: Truck at work
Looks like my trucks twin lol nice truck man. Is it lowered at all?
|
Re: Truck at work
Nope, stock height. It may look lowered because of the angle. That and my tires (275-60-15s on 10 inch rims) are pretty big. It could be the load of mulch in back but it wasn't too heavy

Re: Truck at work
Makes doin' chores a pleasure when you use one of these trucks, huh? Wide wheels and tires give that lower look. Back in the day, that's what they did, then came lowering. It's the classic "road hugger" look. Is that your helper or supervisor?

46 years and still working. As it should be. :chevy:

Re: Truck at work
I am really looking forward to the day (this summer?) when my truck can haul a load of anything for me.

Re: Truck at work
Helper or supervisor? Depends if I have food in my hand::haha:
Growing up in the 70s kinda grew on me. I've never been able to alter the perfection that came from the factory with these trucks, except the wheel tire package. I've always liked the old school hot rod look, and see no reason to change. I'm kinda hardheaded like that. :metal: |
