LMC does not carry the bumpers with exhaust cutouts going to cut my own
 

I have been trying to decide how to run my exhaust on my recent LS swap. I wanted to keep the tucked up as high as I could. So I thought I would order a bumper from LMC with the exhaust cutouts. Well the supplier must have went out of business. So the guy that is going to do my exhaust says lets just cut the bumper our selves so that is what I am going to do. Has anybody else tried this? We have not done it yet because the pipe bender is having an issue but hopefully this week it will happen.

I believe i know the bumper u speak of.. but man isn't that bumper chrome... and it has a crease at the bottom... im very curious how this is going to turn out... :metal:

Maybe find a donor bumper like the dodge truck bumper and cut the section you need and weld it in.

Those guys aren't out of business, LMC just may not carry them. TIM is a member here maybe he can chime in and tell you a place that carries his stuff, have you looked at Top Banana?

I called LMC two weeks ago they said they no longer have have the vendor that made them. I guess I can call back and check.
