Military 1976 Chevy 5/4 ton 4x4 CUCV

Hi everybody,

I was looking at some CUCV's and I stumbled on this 1976 Chevy 5/4ton 4x4. They replaced them with the Dodge M880's. Heres a link www.westerncommand.com/wc/trucks,.htm

Also here is another one www.sfu.ca/casr/101-vehcucv.htm

Thanks,
Erik

Hi everybody,

Have any of you ever heard of a '76 chevy military rig? Strange, but cool!

Thanks,
Erik

Txstruck has a 86? model truck like that minus the camper. 5/4 ton and powered with a diesel with TH400 and NP208 TC with 4.56 front and rear Dana 60's  It's a slow moving truck but it will pull the house down and no hill to big to climb.

Hi Everybody,

The 83'-86' Chevy 5/4 ton CUCV's have a D-60 front and 14 bolt FF in the rear. I wonder how many of these '76 chevy 5/4 ton's were made?

Thanks,
Erik
