WTB: 1972 Blazer CST

I'm looking to purchase a 1972 Blazer CST. I "thought" I had the perfect one, but went and looked at it and it wasn't what I thought and hoped it would be. Hopefully you guys can help me out, and I'll eventually end up with one.

I'm looking for a "basically" original '72 Blazer CST. It can be pretty much any color with the exception of an original white model. It must also be automatic and a 4X4. I'm trying to find one with no rust, or minor rust that has been fixed. I'd also prefer a back seat (I have two kids!). I guess I'm looking for a nice quailty one, not one that needs restoration, or a fixer upper..(I have enough vehicles like that already!!)

Any help????

How much are you willing to spend?

My maximum, at this point in time, I'm willing to spend would be around $14,000. So hopefully I can get one that's pretty nice.

For Sale thread from a few months ago. Not sure if the guy still has it, but seems like a clean blazer for a good price:

For $14,000, you should be able to find a very nice rig. You may even consider looking in Arizona, Nevada and Cali and having it shipped.

Check out traderonline.com.

There are always a few nice ones below your maximum price.

Ebay has a couple good ones that should meet your criteria.

Yes...I'm willing to have it shipped, but would want plenty of documentation (pictures, title, etc.) prior to paying the money. Also, Isn't there some type of services to look at the vehicle for you when it's out of state?

Thanks for the info.

1970Blazin...thanks for the info., but I'm looking for a CST model. The one in the thread looks pretty good though. I guess it's hard to find one "exactly" like you want, since there is a limit to the availability, and what types were actually produced. I would like it close or near original, with the exception of the wheels and tires, or some other items that are easily changed.

If you see any, please let me know! THANKS!!!

I've got one that I am toying with selling. It is a 72 CST. Extremely nice restoration. ZZ3 crate motor, AC, tilt.

e-mail me at jimmyv65@yahoo.com and we can talk further.
