Wanted: Junk inner fenders in the K.C. area

I'm looking for some junk (rusty, dented) inner fenders. If anybody in the Kansas City area has some they'd like to get rid of, let me know.

Thanks,

Jason

Jason, I think I have a few around here, I'll check. Randy

I am not in your area, but I have a set that you can have. We just need to figure out shipping.

nu2-72 09-29-2003 05:48 PM

I am sure I have some. You are joking though, right? Junky inners in the KC area? Second saltiest area behind Bonneville. Nothing but rustfree stuff here. LOL Let me know, I got lots of scrap you can have.

Slammed67 09-29-2003 05:57 PM

Yeah, I'm going against the status quo and am going to buy up all the rusty sheet metal. Then when all the rust free stuff is gone, I'll be sitting on a gold mine!!

Just kidding of course. I'm looking for a set to "experiment" with and if I use some nice rust free ones, CPNE might get upset ;)

How far are you from K.C.?

teeitup 09-29-2003 07:47 PM

I looked Jason, I got 3 of them around here you can have too, if not they are going to scrap soon. Randy

nu2-72 09-29-2003 07:54 PM

Depends where you are. I can be at the airport in 45 minutes. Straight up 29 past St. Joseph.
Randy is about 45 minutes from the Speedway. That about right Randy? I think that is about how long it took to meet 71Stepside and Lost Wages.

Uh oh, sounds like Slammed is preparing to break out everyone's favorite sheetmetal "artist", BozAll

Thats pretty close Kevin, it might be easier for Jason to get to your place, he's on the east side.

Now what are you going to do with them????

Slammed67 10-07-2003 12:04 PM

I'm going to cut them up into little pieces and make Christmas ornaments for CPNE :D

But all kidding aside, I’m going to try and modify them (raise them up) for more tire clearance when my air suspension is lowered all the way.

I'm Jewish, but your heart is in the right place.:D I understand that the dash radio cutouts can be folded and shaped into Dradles (sp) with minimal effort.;)
