It was a GMC, between '68 and '72. [Side Markers visible]. At that low rez I couldn't make out if it had a chisel-nose ['68] or a blunt nose ['69 and later] or any year-indicative badging.
Obvious repaint in white.
Looks like it only tore some tin off the passenger fender. But I would want a frame alignment check after a side impact like that.
Then of course, he got disoriented and smacked into that orange barrel. Not good for the grille.
I don't think there was serious trauma, but I'm not on the scene for a pt. assessment
