Refinished wood grain trim available!

1 Attachment(s)
Ok, I was in the middle of refinishing these when my last ones sold-so here are two nicely done kits:

The first one is a very clean 1976 Silverado walnut style cluster bezel and dash bezel. No cracks or breaks-very nice condition $325 shipped.

Here's the other kit available: 1977 Silverado kit w/matching door panel trim. The gauge bezel is slightly faded compared to the metal trim but that's due to being a plastic part-all of these are from the same truck. Very hard to find a full set-for some reason there is a (albeit nice) Custom Deluxe trim which I put back on but it's all definitely 1977 wood grain style. Nicely refinished and fogged with UV protectant to preserve the existing finish. The metal panels can be trimmed for power accessories with a dremel if desired. This is my last 77 interior wood grain kit at the moment-only defect (and not noticeable once installed) is a clean crack on the metal trim as seen in the pic and the opposite panel has a slight crack in the same spot. Once on and the trim ring around it, nearly impossible to see. Asking $450 shipped for this set-will combine both kits at a price break if somebody wants both. PM for details and/or reply here.

I also have this 76-79 style, black no wood grain w/OEM chrome gauge openings-very nice GM bezel asking $100 for it. Thanks!

Man that 76 stuff would look nice in my 76 K20 crew! Any door panels for a crew cab?

Re: Refinished wood grain trim available!

I have only 81-up style door panels. I have a set of gray power window/lock panels for a CC, and a set of Dark Maple w/manual accessories for a CC.

I'll take the black one. Local, so I could meet you somewhere to avoid shipping.

Would you happen to have any black gauge bezels with no ac, like the one above????

Re: Refinished wood grain trim available!

I may have one without the chrome....I'll need to check.

Re: Refinished wood grain trim available!

I was kind of hoping for the chrome in the bezel, so let me know if you find one of those thanks.

Re: Refinished wood grain trim available!

Those are hard to find OEM GM....the chrome always seemed to rub/fade away....that last one was the nicest one I've ever had....I'll check anyway when I go through my storage again....I've got more sheetmetal to pull.

Re: Refinished wood grain trim available!

I may be able to put together another set....I'll need to check my storage room this weekend...I have a few more sets of woodgrain stuff which I haven't listed for sale yet but unsure what years-do you need 1977 in particular?

Jacobsonz 10-18-2016 11:10 PM

Re: Refinished wood grain trim available!

That would be awesome man, I am looking for a 1977 set not sure what other years would work. The truck I'm doing is a 1977 K5 Cheyenne. Thanks again!

Re: Refinished wood grain trim available!

Out of curiosity have you ever thought about writing a how to? I just got a full 77 set that id love to restore and you seem to know what your doing. They look great

Re: Refinished wood grain trim available!

Well I've been working on restoring some of the older GMC grills I have had in storage for some time. I did 2 of them for local guys so I just kept working on a couple at a time. I have a lot of time invested typically so unless I did an edited video I don't know how well a write up would translate-plus I am extremely busy too lol!

Hi gmachinz... please keep me on the list for a primo set of the walnut gauge bezel + passenger side (with A/C) for my '76 project. You have some nice stuff! Thanks, Rob
