Poor Man's Buddy Buckets?

These are pretty cool.
I think they'd look perfect in our trucks.

Nothing wrong with those! Looks like van seats.

I had some like that that came out of a van conversion in the early 90's that I put in my 73 Dodge pickup. They were comfortable and the right size.

They're not mine, I just found them on OfferUp listed for $75 for the pair. Thought they look like a nice alternative to buddy buckets.

The pedestals look like they will mount to the floor ok.

I'd say they would work pretty well for $75 lol. I would definitely buy them if they were local to me.

Smittybuilt low-back bucket seats from Summit Racing; $134.99 each.
I've got a pair in my gasser, and I have a friend who put a pair in a '53 Stude he raced in the LaCarrera Panamericana road race (2,000 miles), and later a set in a '65 Mustang he raced in the Targa Newfoundland.
He said they're extremely comfortable on the road.

New springs, new foam, powdercoated frames, and they look right for our trucks.
I'm putting a set in my '62 K10.

Seats look like mid-late 1970s Jeep Wagoneer (possibly Cherokee), but the horn ring and dash suggest an earlier Wagoneer/Cherokee/J-truck.

Maybe they came from a later model FSJ. It's pretty common to update and backdate those vehicles.

Anyway, for reference, here's a page from a 1978 Wagoneer brochure:
