1/4 window adjustment
 
I have a cab and half 00 silverado and was wanting to know if there is an adjustment .At speed a slight wistle is coming from the rear windows ,so is that funky little clamp able to someway be adjusted ,thanks in advance

Pop the door trim panel off,uncouple the window latch from the plastic frame of the window weather strip. Drill a 1/8 hole through the plastic frame the hole needs to be angled so a screw can hit the inner frame of the window opening (metal part). I like to use a one and a half inch drywall screw (it will go through the metal no problem with a screw gun). As you tighten the screw it will pull the latch anchor in. DO NOT TIGHTEN IT TO MUCH you will break the latch. I use soapy water to pop the latch on and off, the screw supports the plastic frame work,you can ajust the window in more if you need to.
