2WD Crewcab lift?

I just bought some new rims/tires for my 76 Crewcab. I need to lift it a few inches for clearance. I thought about buying 2" spindles to do the job. Does anybody know the best place to get these? Or does anybody have some for sale? lmk Scott

nobody makes a lift spindle for our trucks, AIM use too, but no longer, you can get a 3/4" coil spacer for the front (which will lift it 2-3") or you could get lift coils, though both will have an adverse affect on your alignment and steering alignment. for the rear you could get a simple lift block or a shackle flip. let me know if you would like anymore info on this subject i will get you links.

Thanks Prerunner1982,
I thought something was wrong when I couldn't find anything on the net to do the job. Send me some links for the spacers please.

A body lift would be the cheapest... some people like them, others hate them

It makes it really nice for getting to bell housing bolts, only a few things need to be lengthened. Bigger gap between the tail gate and bumper though.

yes body lifts a cheap... i am one of those who hate them. my truck is used as a truck. i tend to haul heavy stuff and would rather my bed be sitting on the frame, rather that above it with the risk of bending or putting a spacer through the bed or cab. which can happen!
