1970 Chevy C20 grinding noise when not on throttle

I have a 1970 chevy c20 with a 4 speed manual transmission and a 350. One day when I was driving I started hearing a grinding noise from under the cab and I didn't know where it was coming from. I haven't looked into the noise that much but I was wondering if anyone else has heard the same noise. Thanks for the help.

Does the noise go away or gets quieter when you depress the clutch pedal? Sounds like it's either a throw out bearing or bad input shaft bearing, could be a carrier bearing too. Nth,

I believe the carrier bearing is bad but its been bad for awhile and I put a new clutch in not to long ago. Also while changing the clutch I put in a new throw out bearing. So is there a way to check if it's the input shaft bearing?

Actually I also replaced the input shaft bearing.

If you have already done that much, replacing the carrier bearing would be an easy way to eliminate the rest, however, if that carrier bearing was really worn, that would cause excessive vibration and movement of the driveshaft, transmitting all that through the driveshaft. hope you find the culprit.
