Nice Suburban. Pictures bring back memories of my 65 Suburban, and my 65 Chevy II 4 door in the same picture. My Nova was the same Cameo Beige.
Congrats on .the new addition

Spend a little time and $$$ (new tires to start) and make it just a dependable driver to haul 1/4 scale RC airplanes for now. Prob be sold a little later --- got a paint job to pay for on the frame off '66 Chevy Suburb before too long....

Yep, love my Suburbs (8 or so right now) and Novas. The Nova is '65 SS, 79,000 mile from CA, PS, PDB, 350/350, Irmine White, fact AC (works), fact tach & Gauges, 2 spd wipers, windshield washer, padded dash, Protect-O-Plate, manuals and no rust ever. Really happy with it.

Hey Billy,

Are you ready to sell the 'burb yet? I've got a spot in my garage reserved for a '60 or '61!

Well, wasn't actually for sale --- my daily driver but now has a new home with bpmcgee in Chicago. He drove down, had spaghetti dinner with my Wife and I, rented a trailer, bought short and full width rear seats and hauled it back to Chicago. Really enjoyed meeting Brian & Rick ---- great guys!!!

Thanks Billy! We had a great time meeting you, and a lot of fun driving down there and back!

It's got it's own spot in the garage now, and it looks like, from your other posts, that you've lost no time replacing it :)

I noticed in the 61 that it had the hold down plate holes for the rear seats. I thought GMC's used the teack system.

I've had GMCs both ways --- kinda like having a Chevy with Leaf springs... for some reason they came both ways..
