On Hold For a Bit

It's Sunday AM. Friday I went to the hospital and had three hernia's taken care of. Mesh underneath the muscle layer (this time). My wife made me promise not to work on the truck for two weeks, when I see the Doc again. You KNOW this is driving me crazy. :)
But I also know I don't want to mess this one up like I did the last one. :) They must have used different funny gas on me this time, cause I didn't feel so randy after this op.

Yep, have patience (which I have a hard time with) and let the healing happen/ Hope it goes give and smooth for ya.

Take care of yourself first. Your truck will be waiting patiently for you.

Back on '06 I had mine done. Then last fall it blew out. I'm not sure what kind of mesh they used, must have been a Chinese knock-off. One of these days, months, years I'll get it fixed again. It don't bother me anymore and I have learned to work around it. Maybe the autopsie doc will fix it for me

Same thing happened to me......and I let it go too long....bad idea....my colon got pinched up in the hernia and they had to split me wide open like a watermelon to fix it......I was down 6 weeks....about went crazy....

I had my double done in '02. No problems so far. I did take it easy for a month or so but it was easier because it was in January.

Go slow and give it plenty of time. You will be glad you did.
