custom gas tanks... where to get em?

I am looking for a gas tank for under the bed and am going to do away with the saddle tanks. I am thinking that the custom tanks that a couple guys on this board make would be great for me. Maybe something around 30 gallons or so.

So whoever has custom tanks let me know and lets see some pics. I am very curious on fit and price.

Thanks

I think that person goes by the board name fuelcellguy

yeah, that's the name! thanks

Wasn't there another guy that did them too?

Looking for some first hand info...

FuelCellGuy does a great job and has lots of pictures of his work over at myoldtruck.com

 here is another thought. Continue to use the tanks as i did so that you can still have a spare and all your bed space by reworking your existing saddle tanks like is in the picture (trying to post). The doors are from a mid 80's chevy with dual tanks.

Lewi- your pictures didn't make it. One problem I will have with the saddle tanks is that I have a 2" body lift on it and they seem to hit the spring hangers.

Anyone else know of anyone that makes these things? I am probably going to get one from Fuelcellguy.

I have built and posted some aluminum tanks before. I have 1 completed that fits where the spare tire goes. (for $275.00) It holds 16.5 gallons. Could make larger one. Not looking to take work from fuelcell guy, looks like he does a good job. I just build these on the side. When I get home, I will attach a pic. to this post.
