Pics of Custom Deluxe bucket seat covers

Got a set of buckets that I want to put in the burb but cannot find CD covers (vinyl/cloth inserts) for sale. Looks like Ill have to have them made so Im wondering if there is any scroll pattern in the vinyl or is it just plain with the cloth in the center.

Thanks for any help

Buckets weren't offered in custom deluxe trim levels from GM

Find board member Truckseats and he should be able to help you. Yes, buckets and console were not available in pickups with the Custom/Deluxe Package but the highest trim level in a Suburban was Custom/Deluxe and you could get the factory buckets and console in a Suburban.

My understanding is there were no cloth inserts available from the factory for 69-72 bucket seats. Of course you can order with cloth from several vendors. Cloth is much more comfortable, that's why I bought it.

If you want scroll, you will have to order all vinyl, with 69-70 style slightly different from 71-72 style scroll.

Pretty much all vendors wait for the order before having the covers actually made. It will take 4 to 8 weeks to get them. I ordered from Truckseats and after 10 weeks had to ask for a refund. Then ordered from The truck shop in Orange Ca and got my covers in 4 weeks. Lots of others have had good luck with Truckseats so I'm sure he is fine to order from.

If you truly want Custom Deluxe trim level cloth on a bucket, that will be a custom order. I'd also talk to Tim (Truckseats) and maybe he can work something with SMS and get you what you want. The materials are available, but it would be a one-off build. Would look nice too. I like Custom Deluxe cloth trim, looks great. Careful with the wording when working with SMS (Tim will know) - "Custom Cloth" as worded on a SPID is the Cheyenne Super-level houndstooth as shown on the parchment bucket above. Custom Deluxe trucks just had a basic cloth interior, completely different material as pictured below on these benches and as worded on the shown SPID (in other words, a Custom Deluxe would NOT have the word "Custom" in its description of its cloth trim, just "Color Cloth Trim").
