can anyone help me with these 2 issue please

1. How do you remove the cigarette lighter from the dash I have everything remove but can't get it to come out of it's housing so it can slide though the dash bezel

2. I replace my Temperature Control Unit and have everything hooked but the heater there are no cable are anything for the heater how do it get hooked up from the box to the temp control unit. any pictures on either subject would be great.
