WTB: 1971-72 Rebuildable/recoverable bench seat

Full foam, non folding style. Good springs, decent foam, and low rust. North Alabama area. Thanks.

Not in the North Alabama area but I have one. No cover, decent foam, could use a small patch on drivers side. The end springs have been replaced with the universal type due to the originals being broken. Frame is not rusty. If interested I will post pics. I am willing to ship.

I'd be willing to consider it if you have pictures. My concern is the ridiculous cost to ship.

Here are some pics. Lower right pic is the driver's side where the foam could use a patch. More to come...

Last set. I don't know what shipping would cost. If you are interested get me your zip and I will see what the cost is.

Thanks,
Mark

Do you also have the sliding rails and screws to attach top to bottom?

I do have the sliders, not sure what year they are for. i will check on shipping and let you know.

The seat brackets ( Slides ) Need to match the seat year or they will not fit correctly, I just went through this. There are 67-68, 69-70 and 71-72 brackets. I don't believe there was a full foam seat offered in 67-68, but I could be wrong. So you need to know the yr of the seat and get the brackets that match.

The sliders were bolted to the seat so I know they are correct for the seat. They must be 71-72 sliders then.

Yes. I need 71-72 seat and 71-72 rails. I have a 68 full foam bottom, I'm pretty sure. Back isn't full foam.

Shipping is $115.00 via freight truck. This is the least expensive option I can find. Shows to be a 2-day trip. I would like to get $125.00 for the seat, so $240.00 shipped.

Thats fine.

I've been doing this for 30+ years also.
Anyone that wants to learn about the differences in seat brackets can look at this thread.
