lmc walnut steering wheel
 

Can anyone that has one of these wheels tell me how or what the horn cap snaps onto? I'm wondering if I'm missing parts. I have the wheel and the billet installation kit. The spacer that came with the installation kit doesn't seem to make sense with this particular steering wheel. I can see how it would work with the other wheel on the same page as the walnut wheel below. Thanks.
