Help to identify this ICON Jimmy suspension

Watching this video about this ICON JIMMY, I'm trying to figure out what this front suspension is. Is it all just custom or is there a specific name for the setup?? It appears that this suspension has this Jimmy riding like a Cadillac. The camera angle from underneath while it's driving appears to show the suspension working hard and not transmitting much roughness up into the body. Opinions?

Just a custom leaf and shock setup. I don't see anything truly special, other than it was probably weighed and the components built from there?

For the money they spent, I would think they would have centered the rear axle in the wheel opening.
