Pillar patches

Does anyone have the exact dimensions of these pillar patches or where you can get them at a reasonable price? They sit directly behind the rear door pillar inside the bedside. I have seen them on a couple of websites and they are way overpriced.

Have you checked with Wes @ Classic Heartbeat. I'm pretty sure he is a vendor on here. I bought some patches and a lot of sheet metal from him and he is extremely knowledgeable about Gen 1's
