Fuel Tank? Aerotank? Other?

So I have been searching. At one point I was heading towards a Northwest Fab tank. But they no longer make tanks. I see that Aerotanks make a 40 gallon tank.

I am running throttle body injection on a 5.7 with an external pump. No big deal.I want to get to 30+ gallons as I am always hunting and it gets old packing gas everywhere.

I see where some say you can use a 87 tank, but I really want a full write up. I am not against having a custom tank built if I just had good dimensions. The PO on my blazer used a 16 gal fuel cell. Does not make it too far from home.

So links to an aerotank install, or a late model tank install. I want to keep my factory fill location.

I have found several threads with bits and pieces, but not a complete build thread.

So does anyone have a set of drawings they sent Boyd? I am not sure how much detail they would need. Will they end a tank with sending units fuel pump, etc.?

The tanks look great. I a, wanting to increase volume to 30 almost 40 gallons. The pre made fit tanks there all read 19 gallons. I will give them a call and see if they have a tank plan for something above gallons!

Why not areo. There a good tank,40 gal or just about anything you need. Ialmost sold one but glad the deal fell thru.Mine bolted through the bed.Ibelive thay do a different one with flanges and bolt to frame.I may get rid of the bolt thru body on mine yet,but am going to reuse it as need some mods anyway.Only filled it all theway up twice in 5 yrs of driving truck.

That is the direction I am leaning! I wish I had a few pics or install thread. I am just concerned about ground clearance in a blazer. Like I said my buddy did one of the northwest 37 gallons but they are no longer being made!
